Who we are

Mirabie ("we", "us") is a personal IVF and pregnancy journey companion app, operated by Swapnil Raj (Australia). Contact: mirabiesupport@gmail.com.

What we collect

Mirabie stores information you choose to enter:

• Cycle and treatment data — IVF/FET/IUI cycles, protocols, retrieval and transfer details, embryo records.
• Pregnancy data — gestational progress, beta hCG values, ultrasound measurements, due date.
• Health tracking — medications, injections, symptoms, mood, period flow, notes.
• Documents and photos — medical reports, scans, and journal photos you upload to your Vault.
• Costs — treatment expenses and invoices you record.
• Account data — email address and authentication identifiers (Sign in with Apple / Google).

Medicare and private health insurance card details are stored only on your device in the secure keychain/keystore and are never uploaded to our servers.

How your data is stored

Your data is stored in our database hosted by Supabase in Australia (Sydney region) and protected by row-level security so only your account (and people you explicitly invite) can access it. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest.

Sharing

Your data is never sold and never shared with third parties for advertising. Data is only visible to people you invite through the app's sharing feature, with the access level and categories you choose. You can revoke access at any time.

Notifications

Medication and appointment reminders are scheduled locally on your device.

Data deletion

You can delete individual records in the app at any time. To delete your account and all associated data instantly, use More → Delete account in the app — this permanently erases every record, document and photo. You can also email mirabiesupport@gmail.com from your registered address and we will delete your account within 30 days. Deletion is permanent.

Analytics and tracking

Mirabie does not use third-party analytics or advertising SDKs and does not track you across other apps or websites.

Children

Mirabie is intended for adults and is not directed at children under 16.
